This type of pattern paper was originally designed to make markers. A marker is a layout of all the pattern pieces in the most economical and grain/nap conscience arrangement. The 1" grid formed by letters and numbers on the x and y axis without connecting lines, makes it easy to arrange and re-arrange paper pieces manually. This paper can also be used to make first papers.
